This is it, friends.

The moment we've been waiting for and working toward since Tuesday, November 8th, 2016.

Many states have started their early and mail-in voting, and others are gearing up soon.

The election is underway.

Are you doing everything that you can?

[Thread]: 1/
Many states are still allowing registering to vote if you haven't done so already!

It's imminently important that you check now and pass this around to every single voting eligible person you know.

The republicans have been purging voter registries!

If you're already registered to vote, consider your voting options.

Will you be voting by mail?

Will you be bringing your mail-in ballot to the election office?

Will you be voting early in person?

Or will you be voting on Election Day?

Make a plan. Secure transportation.

Once you have your voting plan ready, help your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues.

Try to find three people who weren't going to vote, and make sure they're registered and have them join you in voting.

If we each bring three we make a blue tsunami together.

Now you should have your registration confirmed, yourself and three other voters joining you in your voting plan.

Next up we start talking about volunteering.

Getting out the vote is where the rubber really meets the road for winning elections.

You can also consider adopting candidates to support.

Here's eight Senate races that could swing blue. Consider adopting 3-4 candidates.

Follow them, retweet them, donate and volunteer for their campaigns (which may include text/phone banking, etc).

Consider adopting candidates in Congressional races that impact key swing districts and states, too.

One in particular in FL-15 that's a very close race is @AlanMCohn.

He's a Peabody Award-winning candidate endorsed by both Obama and Biden!

Being a poll worker is also an important volunteer job and we need as many sharp eyes watching these elections from the inside to ensure the republicans aren't trying to steal 2020 as they have prior elections.

You can also help by coordinating transportation in your area!

Many people who plan to vote don't have a way to get to/from the polls.

If you can help you may be getting out the vote by doing that and enabling your community to have a higher turnout rate as a result!

Finally, remember self-care.

You need to be at your best so you can do your best.

Always take breaks, recharge your batteries and don't focus on the doom and gloom.

Together we can and will win 2020.

It's a team effort and everyone has a role to play.

Let's do this!
