here is my journal routine when i first started and i was practicing how to manifest ✨🧚🏾

• write the date of course
• write two-three positive affirmations (doing this everyday helps you to believe them and also helps your manifestations come to you if it’s about it)
• write three things you’d like to manifest that day! it can be something small like ice cream. write it in present tense or as if you already have it

ex. i am so happy and grateful that i make $3000 today
remember to feel into already having the things you are manifesting. act as if and be grateful for them already being here! whatever frequency means abundance to you, be in that frequency.
• journal out your feelings! talk to your ancestors about your day, how you’re feeling in that moment, your dreams from the night before, any lessons you have learned, etc.
• close out with thanking your ancestors/guides for helping you manifest your desires & commit to something

ex. thank you spirit for bringing my dreams into my reality. i commit to being myself
my routine has changed up since them! however this is what i did at the beginning and it definitely helped with manifesting, healing and boosting my self-esteem. i hope this helps you! and make sure to have fun with it. tailor it to you!
you can also practice scripting! scripting is basically writing as if you have what you are manifesting. throughly feeling into the emotions and presence of having what your desire. (cause you already do of course)
an ex. of scripting is this:

i am so happy and grateful that i am living in this beautiful apartment. the view is absolutely gorgeous. i fucking love the sunset as i sit on my balcony. the air is crisp, but it’s so enjoyable i don’t give a fuck. i am just so grateful to be here.
write it however your want! but make sure you know that it’s real. you’re living that life. it’s yours.
