Since many of you don't like Biden to the point where you feel like he's not a good candidate, what is the point?

Do you not know you cannot affect change from outside? /1

Do you want to live in a state of neo-fascism that bad you are willing to risk it all because "neo-lib" is bad (not my words, your words)?

Here's my thought on the matter: When I get my ballot, that is my signature to an eviction notice to a man who would try to... /2

take away my rights, and install the first step to something better.

When I hold that ballot in my hands, I am thinking about my LGBT+ friends, my Muslim mom and step-dad, my 83-year-old father who OFFICIALLY as of today beat COVID, and proudly served his country /3

I think about my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, I think about my wife and daughter, my biracial daughter living in Trump's America, dealing with a system that may change stripping her of her rights as a woman.

I ask you folx, what are you thinking about? Are you thinking /4

about the same things? We are on the brink of losing it all, the right to marry who we love, the right to be human beings, the right to have health care where we're not kicked off for preexisting conditions, all for a longshot in a Republican neo-fascist society.../5

when I see you all, I see people of privilege and some misguided by the privileged to re-elect this President in a covert way, under the pretense that maybe, just maybe in 2024 there might be an election, if he's not tried to abolish it. This moment is what people .... /6

resisted, fought, wrote articles for. This may not have been the perfect candidate, but right now, we need everyone, because this is the moment of truth. Build your down-ballot, build your movement, but remember you have to have a President that speaks for EVERYONE.../7

not just Progressives, not just for Conservatives, as Trump is to them, but ALL OF US. THIS IS THE LESSON OF 2016, we need a leader representing all of us, and if you can't see the future, just think about the generations you will destroy with your complacency, your arrogance./8

The better tomorrow you seek starts with the foundation, by laying the bricks, that starts by electing @JoeBiden President, and from there, you keep fighting for what you want, because in the end, I'd be there fighting alongside you. But if your protest vote is what matters... /9
