@antonioguterres recommended 3 priorities for Colombian 2020 peace implementation:

"1. Stronger steps to protect the lives of leaders and former combatants;

2. Reinforced measures to ensure sustainability of the reintegration process;

3. Focus on conflict-affected communities"

@antonioguterres "calls once again upon the Government and State institutions @PosconflictoCO to make full use of the security guarantees mechanisms devised in the Final Agreement to deliver concrete results and put a *stop* to such tragedies."

@antonioguterres "encourages all relevant Colombian actors to redouble their efforts in the fight against #impunity, including by capturing individuals with pending arrest warrants, so that justice can serve as a credible deterrent."

@antonioguterres calls upon national authorities to redouble efforts to work with @PartidoFARC in design & implementation of individual/collective reintegration road maps; to make progress in allocation of #land to former combatants whose productive/housing projects depend on it

@antonioguterres encourage the National Reintegration Council to prioritize the recommendations of its Technical Working Group on #Gender. The leadership of #women former combatants should be a driving force in the recovery efforts from the crisis.

@antonioguterres With regard to ensuring that conflict-affected communities are at the centre of peacebuilding, reactivation of technical committees of #Decree660 on the comprehensive security and protection programme for communities and org. in the territories is a welcome step.
