Klopp's setup keeps the player operating in his individual self with a few guidelines on how to respond collectively so the same player can find his own solutions but the player doesn't regress, instead they find new solutions & with good coaching work to polish weaknesses. (3/4)
We live in an era where everyone is trying to automate football but no one has found a consistent solution, Barca are fixated at trying to recreate Pep's prime Barca but not even Pep has managed that. Klopp has basically brought back simplicity but on mental & physical steroids.
