Ok, lemme tweet something more helpful. People are wondering why the dashboard is showing green although no one can access those services.

Azure AD Authentication handles just that...authentication. When your auth goes down, it doesn't mean "Azure" has gone down. https://twitter.com/AzureSupport/status/1310702272855158784
It just means the authentication service has gone down. Now there could potentially be issues with your SPNs or managed identities that you might have to check on during recovery, if they need to auth to Azure for something.

I dunno what the issue is so I have no clue.
But yeah...services in Azure aren't down. That's why there are green checkmarks all over the dashboard. Just because you can't authenticate doesn't mean your resources are available.
