Right now a child was just removed from her longtime foster home, with loving Indigenous caregivers, because the agency worker didn’t like her attitude.

I have seen the text messages. The worker didn’t like basic questions.

Six years in the home. Over.

This is child welfare
They pulled the girl from school and was devastated. Crying.

Wasn’t able to say goodbye.

The biological parents have shown little interest.
I write over and over about the problems in foster homes. From all accounts this was a good home.

“With you being difficult I may remove (child) from your care immediately,” said the agency worker to the foster mom.

That was just days ago.
We have a full scale investigation (over six months) into this agency that I will begin rolling out in days with pressing web stories.

On Dec. 4, my birthday, we will release our APTN investigates doc looking into the most horrific death I have ever seen involving same agency.
It’s why @CullenCrozier and I just spent 12 days in Northwestern Ontario.
And apologies, the first tweet implies the agency worker had a problem with the child’s attitude, I meant the foster mom which is explained in subsequent tweets in the thread.
