a thread of my first impressions of ateez & confessions as an (officially 2 week old) atiny:

a common one; i thought ateez was pronounced (a-tez) and atiny was pronounced (a-tie-knee)

☟FIRST IMPRESSIONS☟

Hoongjoong:

∘ i thought that he seems like such a sweet and caring person (and i still do)

Seonghwa:

∘ i loved his vocals and visuals (and i still do)

San:

∘ i always subconsciously had my eye on him bc of his amazing stage presence

Wooyoung:

∘ i loved (and forever will) his hyena laugh

Mingi:

∘ i loved his perfectly imperfect smile (and still do, like how can u not ???)

Jongho:

∘ i was surprised when i learned that he was only 19

∘ i was shocked by how amazing his vocals are

Yunho:

∘ i thought he seemed like such a fun person (and i still do)

Yeosang:

∘ i thought yeosang was eternal and looked like a statue, and i was not really that surprised when i found out other people called him a living statue

☟ CONFESSIONS ☟

i used to get jongho and yunho mixed up, not only by their names but their FACES too (which like ??? they look nothing alike)

before i found out, i thought wooyoung was the youngest (idk i thought the loudness came from being the youngest or something)

i was kind of surprised when i found out that hoongjoong and mingi were the rappers of ateez (based off of their appearances, i thought the rappers would be seonghwa and jongho)

i didn’t know that yeosang had a birthmark on his face until like 3 weeks after i discovered ateez

i thought that seonghwa was the tallest in the group (bc hes got legs like a daddy long leg)

i was shocked by how little lines in their songs yeosang and wooyoung get bc their voices are so beautiful :(

before i listened to all their songs my favorite song was twilight (my fav now is one day at a time bc i love the lyrics and it’s audibly what a warm hug and a back rub feels like)
