Be careful not to cut people out in the name of 'toxicity' before you've:

- set aside your pride and ego
- asked God to show you where you might have also gone wrong
- taken some time to reflect on your own actions
- consider that you might be projecting your feelings
Psychological projection is a defense mechanism in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.
There are definitely situations in which it's most wise to remove yourself from someone's life. But this decision should not be made easily or lightly. And if you find yourself in the position of cutting out many people - consider that the issue might not be everybody else.
Learn to practice self awareness (the ability to take an honest look at your life, your actions/behaviors/tendencies) and to value humility. One of the biggest things we're called to as Christians is HUMILITY. No, it ain't comfy but it sure helps us to GROW!
