The Narcotics Control Bureau in its affidavit before the Bombay High Court implies that Rhea Chakraborty used to give drugs to Sushant Singh Rajput.
NCB says in the affidavit that Rhea paid and stored the drugs at her apartment.
The affidavit was filed to oppose her bail.

Here's a page of the affidavit (posted originally by @utkarsh_aanand).
This page of the affidavit says:
1. She directly paid for drugs
2. The drugs were delivered to Sushant's friends, Dipesh Sawant, Samuel Miranda etc.
3. Payment was done through cash, Google Pay and debit card.
4. Dipesh and Samuel took delivery of the drugs and then gave them to Sushant.
5. The drugs were not for her consumption but meant for Sushant.
According to me, this means that Sushant didn't know that he was given drugs. He probably didn't have a clue.
Here are the reasons, why.
Rhea and Sushant were together in the same apartment and shared the same room.
If Sushant was an addict, he could have taken it from Rhea directly. That would have been discreet.
The fact that it was allegedly routed through his friends, Dipesh and Samuel, indicates a conspiracy.
The drugs could have been stored at Sushant's house. But surprisingly, the affidavit says that drugs were stored at Rhea's house.
We all know that an addict needs drugs whenever he feels the urge. It, therefore, makes more sense to keep the drugs at Sushant's house and not Rhea's
Another important information that we get from the affidavit is that Narcotics Control Bureau has been able to get hold of the hard discs that were allegedly take away from the residence immediately after Sushant's death. Some of the information in the affidavit is from hard disc
The drug dealer is mentioned as Anuj Keshwani. He has been arrested.
The drug in question is LSD or Lysergic Acid Diethylamide. In common terms, this is known as Acid.
Important: LSD can't be consumed without dissolving it in a solvent.
LSD may be dissolved in water, tea or juice
Lysergic Acid Diethylamide is a odourless, colourless & tasteless compound. The particular substance becomes undetectable once mixed with solvent.
It means that if a person is given LSD mixed with a liquid that has its own taste (like tea) then a person won't be able to detect it
Repeated use of "Acid" causes mental disorders, which is a chronic effect of what most users call a "bad trip".
LSD induced mental disorders include anxiety attacks, panic attacks and psychosis.
LSD will make a person lose sense of reality as it affects brain functions.
I'll take a short break for dinner.
When I come back I will explain the videos (like this one) where Sushant is crying for no reason or having slurred speech (not being able to speak properly).
He must have been subjected to LSD without his knowledge.
In the above video, notice the slur in speech. It is an effect of LSD.
The most pronounced effect of LSD is hallucination.
Physical effects include increased heart rate and blood pressure, muscle twitches and shaking, dilated pupils, sweating, sleeplessness, and loss of appetite.
Clarification.
The affidavit says that Sushant was "engaged in consumption" of drugs.
It doesn't say willingly or unwillingly.
Giving a person drugs without his knowledge is Criminal Conspiracy and Attempt to murder (by slow poisoning).
It is the job of the CBI to prove the crime
Did Sushant know something was happening to him?
Yes, probably.
He was actually realising it and screaming for help from the inside.
Do you remember his Twitter cover picture? (Attached)
Here is the original painting (attached) by Vincent Van Gogh called The Starry Nights (1889).
This picture is there on the Wikipedia page of Psychosis ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychosis ) which describes it as, "Van Gogh's The Starry Night...shows changes in light and color as can appear with psychosis."
So, he was probably beginning to understand that something was happening to him
This explains why he was repeatedly asking for help from his family and feared that he's going to die.
Nobody who's willingly consuming drugs will do that because he will be well-aware that it's because of a "trip".
Only a person who doesn't know what a "trip" is, will get scared
If you have followed him then you would have probably noticed that Sushant was frequently going into flashbacks or remembering his past, usually with sadness.
Example: His dead mother, his childhood memories. He seemed being deeply affected by it.
Flashbacks are an effect of LSD.
Another sign that Sushant didn't know that narcotics was being given to him.
He was consulting psychiatrists to understand why he was experiencing mind-altering realities and changes in behavior.
He thought he had psychiatric issues but it was narcotic playing games with his mind
Narcotic users do substance abuse for "trips" or to experience the alternate reality that LSD pushes you into. But since Sushant didn't know about it, he was running door-to-door, contacting family to get out of the situation.
He was seeking help.
But alas!
Nobody knew the reason
Many brilliant minds were victims of LSD: Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Aldous Huxley, Paul McCartney etc.
It is a drug which is easily transported due to its small quantity: 15 kgs of Ergotamine Tartrate can produce 6 kgs of pure crystalline LSD. This corresponds to 100 million doses.
Sushant was PROBABLY being slow poisoned.
Psychiatric issues were PROBABLY induced through LSD and then he was PROBABLY being blackmailed about it.
Sushant seemed to be a in a toxic environment and was crying for help.
It's tragic that we didn't hear his cries.
