1) Coaching System - Sounds self explanatory right? But so many coaches have not documented their approach, their frameworks, their coaching philosophy! This is what separates you from other coaches in your space. No more regurgitating what you saw online - map it out!

Client System - This encompasses your onboarding, offboarding & client experience. Do you have a client center/portal? Where do they find processes, resources, links, your policies? Is this streamlined? Don't just wine and dine them til they pay, give them a 5 star experience

Marketing System - Yes, this is more than just posting online. If you needed to fill two client spots this week, do you have a go-to approach to do so? I'm all for trying new tactics and experimenting, but we need a documented system to fall back on.
