1. Clearance Section
There are so many things that get unnoticed in the clearance section at stores everywhere, mainly Walmart and Target for retail. These items have been significantly marked down in your area but are still selling for a good price online.

Example: I just bought an Electric Carving knife for $26 that is going for $70-80 on eBay. Plenty of people walked right by this in the aisle
2. Pictures
Pictures are a critical part of your listing on all platforms. Having good pictures can allow you to get the sale over someone else who is selling the same item. When people buy online, they want to have trust in their seller.

This one can be tricky but should be utilized. When you are listing your items, make sure to use all platforms that you can. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Offerup, and Mercari are just to name a few.

Make sure you keep your listings honest and manage them properly. More exposure equals more sales.
4. Customer Service
How you treat your customers is crucial to building any business. When meeting locally, be convenient for them and answer all of their questions.

When selling from online platforms, make sure you ship quickly and ensure the buyer that they are going to receive the item in mint condition.
5. Make It Happen
If you don’t have the drive or motivation to wake up and go sourcing in the morning, you aren’t going to get anywhere. No one is going to hand you the items and you will have to do some learning on your own.
