If you can’t pay your rent, you are not alone, and you do not have to move!
A new state law has taken the place of some local tenant protections from September-January. You must do two things to permanently avoid eviction for non-payment of rent during this period
1.Return an official “Declaration of COVID-Related Financial Distress” to your landlord within 15 days of getting a “pay or quit” notice. Repeat this each month.
http://2.Pay  at least 25% of your missed September-January rent on or before January 31, 2021
