cravity’s flame mv theory — a scene & lyrical analysis ; a thread

in the first few scenes we see hyeongjun & taeyoung. hyeongjun has his eyes closed while taeyoung has his eyes opened & then he looks at the screen & the scene becomes redder. this just represents how taeyoung is awake & realizes the dreams while hyeongjun has not yet woken up

“blurry reality, this clearly is a dream” goes back to the s2 prologue where it was the dreams that were blurry but now the reality is what’s blurry. them going to their dreams is affecting the reality, making the reality blurry & no longer clear to them. this CLEARLY is a dream.

“unfamiliar attraction, unbreakable dream, what is happening” goes back to “something different, this unusual feeling” from cloud 9. cloud 9 is their happy dream. happiness is the unfamiliar attraction, happiness is the unusual feeling. this happiness is located in their dreams.

“unbreakable dream” this is where the term break all the rules comes in, the dreams have become unbreakable. they need to break out of these dreams. the boxes in batr where each member is trapped in, that’s their dream, it represents how they’ll soon break out of them.

“look that what’s that, clear vision i want that” they want a clear vision for their dreams, that’s what they want. they don’t want the dreams to be blurry. this ends up actually happening as i said earlier in this thread. the dreams are now clear to them while the reality isn’t

“something has changed as of time has stopped” time has indeed stopped. taeyoung stopped time previously in the s2 prologue. in the scene we see taeyoung & hyeongjun. taeyoung being the one who stopped time while hyeongjun being the one who continued time in the s2 prologue.
