It only shows your great character and modesty how on several occasions, you went beyond your limits to help others. Thank you for telling us the true meaning of democracy and dignity by practising them in our organization.

Thank you for setting up an organization where employees freely contradict the founder, sometimes argue and sometimes express their displeasure. If someone asks me the basis for rating your achievements, I would say it's the faith, love and respect people have in you.
