I think the killer in this Gose ep is Jun. he is mysterious and knows a lot of secrets about the Park family,he’s been working with them for 38 years right. He watched all their moves,that means he knows when and how to execute his plans.

He is the least suspicious among them but i bet he’s the killer. He knows the secrets and can manipulate all of them

For his motive, that we will find out since he’s mysterious after all MYSTERY MYSTERY

Andhe is a butler after all, they won’t suspect him coz he is just serving the park family,if chairman park is murdered the best way to murder him is through poisoning and also mingyu’s dad he may be poisoned But it was not specified pa naman, i may be overthinking things now

I think the reason why Jun wants a revenge for Jun Ki is becuse he is their butler right? He serves the Park Family for 38 years maybe he had a strong bond with Jun Ki. Who will love Jun Ki besides his son? The answer is his Butler
