Some of you are probably wondering what's going on with me.

Will there be more streams?

If not, why not?

This series of tweets is an attempt to explain what's going on with me.

My situation can be best summed up as one of complete existential dread due to the changes in the political landscape.

To quote The Thing, "Nobody trusts anybody now, and we're all tired."

Since the 2016 election, I have been attempting to emotionally condition myself for a moment of dramatic resistance.

The death of RBG just wrecked most of that.

With Trump's THIRD Supreme Court justice, it's become obvious that Trump's politics will be with us for the rest of our lives.

And there will be no grand gesture of political resistance. We're simply all too broken.

I'm not real optimistic about the younger generations chances, since they have almost as much damage as the rest of us, and even fewer resources.

I'd say our leaders have failed us, but we have none. Those few with the potential are currently being chewed up by the Congressional machine.

And all we have to look forward to is maybe voting Trump out. And this is where the REAL despair starts.

Voting is an act of GOOD FAITH. People don't have to LIKE the results, but they do have to BELIEVE the votes represent the will of the people.

For the first time, ever, we don't have that.

We have about as much faith in this election it as an election for School Council.

No voting security measures have been taken since 2016.

NONE.

If you thought 2016 was stolen, 2020 is poised to confirm your worst fears.

The ease with which the 2020 election can be determined by Russia is flat out horrifying.

It is almost literally a giant red button that says OUR WAY.

The worst part is... we can't fix it in time. I don't know what to tell you.

IT'S THAT BAD.

I want you all to go out to vote. But I have to be real about it.

Yes, vote.

No, it's probably not going to matter.

My hope was that a political flip in the Senate in 2020 could at least prevent a further slide into fascism.

Avoid America entering the kind of civil unrest that plagued Ireland in the 80's and 90's.

Open shooting, car bombs, sabotage like the kind you see in movies.

Now, the Supreme Court is going to be the instrument of christian fascist will. Sure, it hasn't happened YET.

But come on. Who's going to stop it and how?

Four more years of Trump means 0 more years of America spelled with a "C."

It will become Amerika.

"One nation, under God, ruled by Trump."

And the only advice I have is. Learn to survive and think for yourselves.

Never trust the state.

This is a fight I'm not sure I'm up for. Cause this is probably going to be the real thing.

You know how every cyberpunk-stule dystopian hero has a tragic past, filled with PTSD?

Well, if things go the way I fear. Get ready for the beginning of yours.

And that's it. That's where I am, emotionally right now.

Hard to get up and dance for the crowds when that's weighing on you.

I have no plan, and I don't see a way out. And I don't think anyone does.

I'm watching the USA turn into a repressive Christian Fascist Paradise. A veritable playground of hate. Where the bullies make the rules.

Money & Power are all the justification needed, and we have no rights.

Well, "Under His Eye," I guess.

And that's why I have been breaking down during streams.

Why I got blackout drunk last week.

Why I ending things the way I did last night.

It's bad out there and I'm all out of sarcasm.

I promised you all, I would show you Hell, but I'd never abandon you there.

But it never occurred to me The Abyss might destroy our imperfect reality.

I always counted on there being a Middle Kingdom or a Midgard. I'm not so sure this time.

This is a Age of Apocalypse.
