Why did he plan to put refineries in the North? To bridge cost of transportation of products up north and allow market forces within the region..
What is the essence of your protest when your boss Atiku had all these plans in his manifesto. Did you read it? Can you read? Or Atiku himself didn't know what was written for him in his 'plans'.
