During the Kavanaugh confirmaion I dropped over 500,000 docs that showed he should not have been confirmed for SCOTUS, including his participation in knowingly using hacked information from Judiciary Committee Democrats. Seems only fitting to do the same with Amy Coney Barrett.
First, an explainer: None of these documents or sources are hacked. These are all open source documents, articles or Coney Barrett's own writings, available to anyone who knows how to find them. Anyone who tells you different doesn't understand OSINT (open source intelligence).
The drops will be staggered because I am just one person. I have professional and personal obligations, so this gets done when I am able.

Check back often. Bookmark.

Where possible, I will try to include the archived & original links.
This is how this works: I drop the documents and you look through them. Share what you find with others.

I've had my account locked for a while, but am unlocking it so these can be freely seen, analyzed & shared.

Let's begin.

5/ Feb 2014: Suspension & Delegation- Amy Coney Barrett
76 pgs

Suspension of writ of habeas corpus empowers POTUS to indefinitely detain those suspected of endangering the public safety. Congress got it wrong during the Civil War...

6/ Feb/Mar 2010: Substantive Canons & Faithful Agency- Amy Coney Barrett
75 pgs

Coney Barrett claims giving leniency to a defendant when facts are ambiguous (among other things) = the court is acting as an unfaithful agent in statute interpretation.

7/ Coney Barrett doesn't think LGBTQ marriage equality should be decided by courts. Basically, you can petition the courts, but tough luck.

Transgender people should not be including in Title IX protections. https://www.hrc.org/news/amy-coney-barrett-is-an-absolute-threat-to-lgbtq-rights
10/ People of Praise, Amy Coney Barrett's Pentecostal cult

Here's the entire history of archives... lots to choose from.

11/ It's useful to look back at archives for changes. Especially once NYT writes an article on one of your members.

For example, in March 2015, you would have discovered People of Praise started at Notre Dame, Coney Barrett's alma mater

12/ If you looked at People of Praise in 2005, you would have noticed they reported far more followers than they do in 2015.

2005 - 3,300
2015 - 2,900

Anyone know what happened in that 10 year span? Or do they not count kids?

16/ Judge Barrett dissented from a ruling banning people w/ felony convictions from possessing firearms.

Publicly criticized Chief Justice Roberts for voting to uphold the Affordable Care Act - he pushed the statute “beyond its plausible meaning”... https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/26/opinion/amy-coney-barrett-nominee.html
20/ Feb 2005: Statutory Stare Decisis in Courts of Appeals 42 pgs Barrett

SCOTUS should refuse to revisit its interpretations to encourage Congress (& other interested parties) to resolve policy questions.

"Other interested parties"?

Reflects upon the variety of ways in which nonjudicial actors have, over time, registered their disagreement with decisions of SCOTUS.

Like Amicus Briefs?! Citizens United?
