What we’re seeing at the moment is that the hospitality *industry* is bringing people together. People on left, right, North, South, England, Wales, Scotland are all waking up to how much Hospitality means to them. They are *agreeing* on something important ... it’s been a while!

Hospitality doesn’t just employ people. It is part of the fabric of our lives. It’s where my wife and best friend, who hadn’t seen each other all year, held each other and wept a few tears at the weekend. It’s where we laugh and talk. Is part of the best of who we are ...
