As if Tory MPs weren't angry enough. Today's coronavirus laws bring in a string of new legal restrictions - with fines of up to £10,000 - that weren't even trailled or publicised before the law took force, as far as I can tell. Let alone voted on:

E.g. it's now a special, extra criminal offence to "recklessly" leave self-isolation, carrying a £4,000 fine for first offenders (as opposed to £1,000 for other offences)
It's now a specific crime to stitch up your ex, your in-laws, your worst enemy etc by telling Test and Trace they were in contact with you when they actually weren't. Fine for first offenders is £1,000
You are now legally required to tell your boss you are self-isolating, before you were next due in for work. Fine = £50
