Feeling helpless as no official is ready to meet.

Can we make the process Disabled friendly?

I am getting harassed standing here since an hour. Girls on reception are helpful to connect me with many officials but all are behaving busy or raising doubt on my disabilities.

Shame.

But now starts lunch.. the new answer.

Other side my mom waits for me in hospital.

A new revealing fact is that officially lunch time is till 2 by आते तो 2.30 तक ही हैं

So another hour of waiting.

Surprisingly,

This center was inaugurated by a retd Gen, who was then @NHAI_Official minister, Gen Khanduri sir.

Today a war veteran Major is waiting at reception since 3 hours.

After3hours of standing at reception,numerous calls,letting my mom wait for me in hospital,I have been told to write mail to seek appointment.

My 1st tweet says after writing mails&waiting for months I came in person.
