If you’re constantly reliving the cause and the means of your issues...

expect more of them!
I see so many people not making steps outside of their current circumstances and repeating the cause of their problems.

Same old stories repeating the loop, trying to get validation of trauma.
We are simply creatures of habit and can literally live in a repeat cycle of yesterday for the rest of our lives.

Look at your life because that’s a material view of what you think about, our lives are products of our imagination.
So if you are constantly discussing what it is that hurt you, you’re inviting more of the same in the future.

Once you take a step into the short term discomfort of a non familiar space you’ll start to see the long term benefits falling into place.
Take that step and allow the memory to be a marker of growth as opposed to a focus point of your life.

Make your next story be the growth you gained from taking that first step and help others do the same.
