Both the fake witness and fake letter is leaning towards the prosecution. The fake witness being a delinquent at Sa Hyun’s former district, and the fake letter against the police that would benefit the prosecution.

She could’ve manipulated Jang Geon by using his weaknesses (or inferiorities) to get him by her side. She knows Yeojin trusts him, she wouldn’t suspect him, thus, making it a point that she invites him in the council. Hence, the super specific description.

She could easily instruct everyone involved to lead SDJ’s case towards a prosecutor suspect. That’s what Jang Geon has been doing, even to the point of suggesting that SDJ did it to himself. DAMN THAT DESCRIPTION ITS MAKING MY HEAD HURT
