Hear me out. Get rid of C and replace it with a letter that represents 'ch.' That letter can still be C, but C would always represent 'ch.'

C does nothing* by itself except steal work from K and S!!!

*there is one exception

No more 'fuck, is that C an S or a K'

No more stealth ch when a word doesn't have an H

Also no stealth K when there IS an H
