I hope you all know that I see myself as being in the same boat as all of you—inasmuch as when I say, "I was saying this years ago!" what I really mean is, "Almost *all* of us were saying this years ago!"

I know all of us are upset by how long it took so many to see the obvious.

The simple truth is that certain classes of professionals benefit by pretending we're still in the normal course of business when we're not.

Average Americans like you and me do not suffer from that malady, and can call things as we see them as soon as the evidence is available.

If you handled your finances the way Donald Trump has handled his, you would have faced (and I say this advisedly) *hundreds* of federal felony counts, and would rightly expect to spend decades in a federal prison.

I think half of America understood this instinctively years ago.

Mainstream media has driven half of us wild with anger over the last few years by pretending that Donald Trump is a legitimate businessman, and a legitimate politician, and a legitimate celebrity—when half of Americans could instantly see that all he was was a legitimate *fraud*.

Behind the scenes, most journalists agreed with the average American's assessment. But they gaslit us anyway, doing it because it was their job not to lose consumers who had fallen under Trump's sway. It wasn't about journalism, as there weren't two sides to the Trump saga. Ever.

I've been reading Strzok's book, and one thing you're struck by immediately is how much the FBI bent over backwards to cater to Trump. It's a theme: the law bends over backwards; media bends over backwards; pols bend over backwards. All while many Americans watch in astonishment.

Upshot: you're not crazy. Donald Trump is one of the worst human beings ever to live in the United States. He's almost certainly the worst human ever elected to federal office. He's a rapist and a fraud and a traitor and everything you believe he is *and the evidence says he is*.
