My friend bought a journal this week to keep track of her mental health because she was having dark thoughts (non suicidal but still) and she thought it alarming cause she had 3 in the past week

I didnt know how to react
I thought they were a common occurrence like hourly
Some people really out there living without any dark thoughts? Thats a thing?

Anyways and thats on mental health kids
I keep telling myself Im strong inspite of it
Im strong because I know when to say no or enough

And yet...
Breathe in the good out the bad, turn the page and plow forward
