as you can see she is dressed up like tinker-bell,,but she isn’t really “dressed up” because she is actually tinker-bell. what do baby billie and tinker-bell have in common you may ask?? blonde hair and blue eyes
billie doesn’t have blonde hair anymore,,coincidence?? i think not. she is trying to hide her true identity as tinker-bell. now to finish up my conclusion, billie said herself that she had a dream about peter pan another coincidence you might say. no.
billie said her dream was about dating peter pan,,on really reliable sources (google) it states tinker-bell likes peter pan it doesn’t say that they were dating. BUT tinker-bell would dream about dating peter pan. billie dreamed about dating peter pan.
and that proves my point that billie is actually tinker-bell
