Lord have mercy I don’t understand people in public who remove their mask to sneeze.

Takeaway: The mask is there to cover your sneezes etc. & you should carry a backup, but it's ok to sneeze into elbow or tissue (but you gotta do it properly & clean up.)

But the overall goal is to not spread aerosols as best as you can, whatever that looks like.

I have allergies, so I either go outside or look up at the lights to hold the sneeze in.
