Things NOT to worry about when starting your Ancestral Veneration process.
If the altar is too small. They don’t care. When they NEED more space they’ll make more space. I went from a nightstand to a full room, it took 3 years. Don’t rush.
Having to hide it or take it down.. it’s okay. They understand the situation. Again, you’ll get the space they need. When they need it.
What do/don’t they eat? ... At this point in your journey, food is food. It’s the gesture of offering from your heart that matters. THAT’S IT. If they aren’t elevated enough, they couldn’t tell you yet anyway. You’ll know when it’s time.
You don’t have names?? BENEVOLENT ANCESTORS OF LOVE & LIGHT... that’s it. Some of you have Ancestors with you whose names you don’t know... RIGHT NOW. Lol they’re watching you read this rn. 😂
The kids take stuff off the altar... Their Granny wants to share her candy. Lol It’s a way to connect with kids. Children are being guided and connected with the same way a living adult would. They are not gonna get lectured about their mistakes, they gonna get candy. 😂
I don’t feel connected...if you’ve never been connected, how do you know what you’re looking for? How you know you’re not connected. 🤨 Stop looking for it to look a certain way, you’re stressing yourself out.
This whole process will take an undetermined amount of time for each one of us. Some people will get interaction immediately upon set up, others might take years. Our Ancestors all have different needs, we all have different gifts, and there are different roles for each lineage.
Take your time. Don’t worry about all the super particulars. Just focus on opening your heart. That’s the key.
