Im so angry right now. None of the door dashers I& #39;ve had in the last week or so have followed directions. @DoorDash my request clearly says leave at door and yet all your dashers insist on handing it directly to me without a mask! Im furious.
I open my door expecting to find my food on the ground and I& #39;m bombarded with a surprise risk of COVID-19. This is unacceptable.

Also, IRT delivery instructions: Moe clearly states that drivers often rush through reading the order and often miss important instructions. He also made it seem like the delivery drivers cannot see the "Leave at door" or "Hand it to me" options, which I know is not true.
I& #39;m about to say something real controversial y& #39;all but I& #39;m past caring. All my Black and POC drivers have worn masks and left my order at the door. All the white ones did not. And I know those white folk can read too.
After my awful internet chat with Moe, I was forced to call @DoorDash_Help and apparently there& #39;s a special department that handles COVID cases. But that number or complaint is not listed as an option on the app. Also, I& #39;ve been on hold for thirty minutes.
@DoorDash_Help Is it true that y& #39;all don& #39;t screen drivers for COVID-19? Because when I asked Moe he disconnected the chat. I& #39;ve been on hold now 30+ minutes and I& #39;m HOH. I just need an answer. Do you test drivers who have received health complaints from customers?

@DoorDash is luckily they& #39;ve got nice classical music as their hold music because I can listen to this all night long if I have to. I& #39;m not hanging up until someone answers and I& #39;m going to keep tweeting at you until someone does.

Hey @DoorDash what time do your COVID-19 team customer service representatives go home on Sundays? Asking because I& #39;ve been on hold over an hour and I& #39;m starting to wonder if everyone left the office but left me on hold.
In case y& #39;all thought i was lying about the hold time, here& #39;s a screenshot for transparency. Current call time says one hour, fifteen minutes, and ten seconds. I spoke with regular customer service for less than five minutes before being transferred.
