all the hidden messages/easter eggs in the #NiceToMeetYa music video by @NiallOfficial: a thread

starting off with the simple ones - the song titles.

1. ‘Small Talk’ - the first title found on the top of a cab

2. ‘Still’ - second title found graffitied on a wall Niall walks past

3. ‘No Judgement’ - third title and it’s a quick one! found on a newspaper used to transition into the suit store

4. ‘Bend The Rules’ - fourth title and another quick one... from what I’ve seen this is the one most missed hint.

we see a guy walk through the shot with a shirt that says ‘Bend The Rules’. it is easy to miss since it’s so quick but why else would a random guy walk through this shot?

alright, now back to ‘Small Talk’. it appears with a phone number... when you originally called the number you would get this message with a description of the making of the song

however, if you dial the same number now, +1 (323) 772-6866, you will get a new message with the voice notes of ‘Arms Of A Stranger’ https://open.spotify.com/track/63MU2FswcPQclQMxK17Fkb?si=jLqlaXkhS_eklc5tN67C0g

and right before our ‘Small Talk’ cab, we see our lovely lady walking with angel wings, which we now know hints to the song ‘New Angel’

you may be thinking I missed a big one... but here we go!!

the ‘Heartbreak Weather’ poster. we know this is a song title AND the album title now but there were special details in the video suggesting this was the album title.

‘Heartbreak Weather’ is the only title we see with the year, 2020, and it says ‘doors at midnight’ which (to me) alluded to an album release date/time.

also throughout the video, we see all different kinds of weather!! including rain, snow, fog? and sun. there are also different accessories for specific types of weather present (sunglasses, umbrellas, hats).

last but not least, we see another phone number. the message with this number says there are FOUR song titles (since Heartbreak Weather is not just! the song title but the album title too) (p.s. listening to this message now hurt my feelings)

this message also changed, so if you dial the number, (323) 405-9055, you will find the voice notes for ‘Put A Little Love On Me’ https://open.spotify.com/track/1hCTxutVVYvggAQcUUUZAT?si=1WC8ZOFxSQaEwrHa11n1UQ

finally, Niall said this in an interview in October of last year, which confirmed the album title (at least for me it did lol) which sums up all of our easter eggs :))
