How do I make a complaint @BootsUK? I tried calling but there’s no complaint option.

I just got screamed at by one of your pharmacists in front of a other customers. My medical situation was bellowed to all present and I was accused of painkiller abuse. Is standard practice?

It was awful - literally everyone staring, and he just kept on bellowing. And then I was bellowing for him to stop bellowing, and now half of Piccadilly stations knows my medical needs

And it’s funny because the General Pharmaceutical Council has a whole section on being polite and discreet, and you know, not screaming at customers.
