But really, these lists are pointless because the bottom line is that before the ACA, a “pre-existing condition” was WHATEVER THE INSURANCE COMPANY DECIDED IT WAS. /end
P.S. Pretty sure that would also include testing positive for #COVID19, likely whether you show any symptoms or not.
Also, as I noted last week, in the social media/data mining age, everything you’ve ever posted online in the past 10 years would be fair game.
Every fatty meal you instagrammed.
Every white water rapids vacation you ever took.

Plus, stuff you didn’t post but others did.
Let's say you filled out all the paperwork and were approved for coverage. A few years later you get diagnosed w/cancer or diabetes, which cost a lot to treat. The insurance carrier would comb through every line of that paperwork looking for the smallest error.
If they found ANYTHING which they could remotely claim you "lied" about (not mentioning a check-up 10 yrs earlier, etc), they'd use that as excuse to void the policy and RETROACTIVELY deny your coverage...right when you need it the most.
