Can you buy a few books that are real treats? Do it. You can't? No problem. Get yourself on the library hold list now for the ebooks or the pickup. READ WHATEVER YOU WANT. This is always true and super true now. Like baths? Maybe tidy up the tub area and make it NICE for yourself
A video game? A board game? Some nice tea? Baking supplies? Pick out some stuff to watch. A craft project? DO IT. Sure, we've all been burning through these since March, but there must be a few out there that would really DELIGHT you.
Maybe write down a list or a plan of the NICE THINGS in your MENTAL HEALTH TREASURE CHEST. Give yourself something to LOOK FORWARD TO.
