Just wanna say that I'm so grateful for my dads. He's very intimidating & scary. He doesn't give us the attention that we need parang "okay ako nagbabayad ng expenses ng bahay. Ako nagpapakain sainyo" then tapos na.++

++ Dati nung bata pa ako, he would always scold and hit us with his mahiwagang sinturon. Lagi siya umuuwi nang lasing and he almost cheated on my mother. We grew up feeling distant to him. We grew up having daddy issues to be exact. ++

++Alam niyo yung feeling na your parents are married pero it seems like they're not? Parang they just live together for the sake of their children? Ganun yung parents ko. Pero u know what? Ever since 2020 started my dad changed. He started giving us attention.++

++He started treating us like his children. Ngayon I can see na he's trying his very best para maging close samin ng sisters ko. He would go out and eat with us pero that was before quarantine ngayon pinagluluto niya nalang kami since we can't go out.++

++ Alam ko bumabawi siya sa lahat ng nagawa niyang masama dati and I appreciate that. He's trying to catch up with us. Every night kapag dito sila sa house namin nagsstay he would kiss our foreheads before we sleep and he makes sure that we're okay.++

Hi dads! Alam kong hindi mo to makikita but please know that I'm very thankful for you kahit na ngayon lang tayo naging close, I'm still thankful cause you're my dad. I love you and I'm always here for you!
