I ordered 3 phone cases sa shop nila last January, paid for it on January 14 with a total of 840 pesos (excluding palawan express's fee) ++
then quarantine happened, so inisip ko nahalt lang yung production since kailangan nga everybody needs to be at home and businesses are supposed to be closed. Nagemail sila abt sa shipping fee by Feb 22, so I thought everything's okay and as a responsible buyer, I paid at once
then Feb 27 they sent an email about delays, I didn't mind about it kasi it's about production and I understand. But then, umabot na ng june, wala pa ding update. Inisip ko pa din na tungkol pa din sya sa gcq pero my mom told me na irefund ko na lang, so I asked them (2nd photo)
Since they said na they will work on the refund edi okay, I waited. Hanggang sa nakalimutan ko na nga eh, but then august na wala pa din. Binigay nila yung details ni Anj, yung twitter nakapriv, yung sa messenger di namamansin but she's a member of carrot flake, a svt fb group
then tinetext ko din siya, September 5 nagreply siya, asking for my gcash details. So I expected mairerefund na nya, pero hindi anong petsa na. I kept on sending her messages pero hindi na nya pinapansin after that reply of hers. I dmed some of the buyers and nabigyan na yung iba
ng refund. My point lang naman is bakit kaya niya magbigay ng refund sa iba, pero di na lang lahatin? Then ngayon, I contacted one of the former admins. She gave me Anj's auntie and cousin's contact details para somehow mareach din sya but according to her di rin nagrerespond+++

Last June, kinausap ni Anj yung admin na kausap ko din ngayon and pulled the mental card. Lahat ba talaga ng nangsscam ganto??? Pulling the mental card???? Kasi hndi lang siya ang kilala kong ganto???
Bakit sya titigil magbigay ng refund??? Di nya ba alam na sobrang unfair non??? Yung iba july nanghingi, within 2 days naibigay agad tapos kami na june pa nanghihingi hanggang ngayon wala pa din??? Kailangan ba tlga ithreaten siya para magbigay ng refund???
Di ko talaga ugali maging rude sa messages and all, pero Anj Manalang is really testing my patience. Gusto nya ata tlga umabot sa pagrereport sa kanya
Kung sino man nakakakilala sa kanya, kindly let her read this thread and give us the refunds we need on or before October 1 or else
