So,, here I go... Call out ko lang etong shop nato particularly this person for being unresponsive and unprofessional. We've been waiting for our products, for almost 9 months now and they wouldn't give us our refunds. https://twitter.com/daintymoonpuffs/status/1291538282887536640
I ordered phone cases dito sa shop na to last Nov 2019 and honestly from the start medyo slow talaga sila magupdate. Then they promised(?) that the cases can be picked up on OTY last February pero hindi natuloy.
Admittedly, sa sobrang tagal niya medyo nawala din siya sa isip ko, but then one day I realized na sobra sobra na yung time na iniintay ko for the products. At first kasi, i was very understanding kasi alam ko naman na its not easy to produce merch din.
By June, I started contacting them again and that's how the stress started. These are some of the emails I send to their emall acc and I also texted the number na binigay nila pero nganga, walang sagot.
They replied with this long, prepared speech of how they were having problems with the supplier of the case but the pins were apparently made na. So what I got from their reply was, after 7 months, wala pa rin yung case? They gave the same response on emails and DMs.
So by then, I started asking for refunds na because I thought wala na talaga to. Pero nada, walang sagot.
So by August, they shared these tweets: claiming that there have been problems within their team and that these are the only ways to contact them.
Okay eto yung problems sa binigay niyang ways to contact them:

1. The FB account is UNRESPONSIVE!! Hindi man lang sineseen yung messages. I messaged them TWICE and still no response.
2. The twt acc is on PRIVATE. So masasala niya kung sino pwedeng magmessage sa kanya??
Tinext namin yung number because yun lang yung somewhat responsive pa sa amin thay time. So about 2-3 weeks ago, we pestered them about the refunds and THEY REPLIED asking for our gcash details and order info. pero thats it. after that, hindi na sumagot uli yung number.
Another customer of the shop tried to call the number yesterday, but it seems na nakablock yung unregistered numbers? So ngayon, hindi na namin talaga alam kung saan namin siya cocontactin.
Ang mas nakakagigil pa is, she refunded some customers dati, but now according to a former member of the shop, she is planning to stop the refunds and give us the products instead which is frankly nakakainis na.
I didn't really want to expose this publicly but I feel like wala na akong choice. Granted, the money that you owe me is not as big as what you owe the other buyers pero siz that is still hard-earned money. Hindi yun napupulot kung saan saan lang.
Sana naman before you started taking on this big role of handling a shop/money, you prepared yourself for the risks and responsibilities na kasama nung posisyon. Hindi yung pag nagkaaberya na e, tatakbuhan mo kami. Hindi naman siguro namin kasalanan na nagtiwala kami sayo.

UPDATE: The person already messaged me the night I posted this thread, by the end of the week daw matatanggap na namin yung refund. Most of the buyers received a message except @jjang_nonu. So ayun intayin natim kung may refund na magaganap by the end of the week.
