I just wanted to validate and there was nothing ready, so one day before I quickly build up a landing page and email capture to my personal site http://aarvy.me"> http://aarvy.me  and put it on product hunt.
.
The response was good and I got 1138 Email signups on the first day but https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
I don& #39;t have any mailer setup so its not possible for me to send them onboarding emails. Actually, I didn& #39;t expect that much response.

What happened afterward, it took me 1 day to get my mailer and everything setup. I send them onboarding emails and did one big major mistakehttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
Asked them to wait till 5 days (till I get my strategies ready) to get your first strategy. I launched it on Monday and sent them the first strategy on Friday. and this GAP was the mistake I made. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
The Friday strategy email results in a 40% open rate and only 2 paid conversions.
.
Moreover, I think everyone already forgets that they have signed up for something
.
So, I got paid customers before the product was ready but I am still at the same place after 14 days. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
However, I have many plans, I consider it a new start, and let& #39;s see how far it can go.
.
My motive is to provide value to indie makers like me, i started with the newsletter but eventually, I& #39;ll convert it to a portal for Indie devs so that they https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
don& #39;t need to run for marketing. we are developers, not marketers, we don& #39;t have enough resources to market as our software. There has to be something that takes care of these things.

I am planning to write where I am doing with my new startup.
