I don& #39;t have any mailer setup so its not possible for me to send them onboarding emails. Actually, I didn& #39;t expect that much response.
What happened afterward, it took me 1 day to get my mailer and everything setup. I send them onboarding emails and did one big major mistake

What happened afterward, it took me 1 day to get my mailer and everything setup. I send them onboarding emails and did one big major mistake
Asked them to wait till 5 days (till I get my strategies ready) to get your first strategy. I launched it on Monday and sent them the first strategy on Friday. and this GAP was the mistake I made.

The Friday strategy email results in a 40% open rate and only 2 paid conversions.

Moreover, I think everyone already forgets that they have signed up for something

So, I got paid customers before the product was ready but I am still at the same place after 14 days.

My motive is to provide value to indie makers like me, i started with the newsletter but eventually, I& #39;ll convert it to a portal for Indie devs so that they
don& #39;t need to run for marketing. we are developers, not marketers, we don& #39;t have enough resources to market as our software. There has to be something that takes care of these things.
