Goal Setting : A goal will help you to make your day more productive rather than staying busy and get more out of the day.

Action : Plan your day on the previous night and make a timetable on what you are gonna do on the next day and write every task even if it is a small one.
Meditation : It will enhance your self-awareness, reduce stress, generate kindness, increase patience and you will get the power to take good decisions.

Action : Start or end the day with 10 minutes of meditation for a week and then for next two weeks increase it to 15 mins.
Pray : Never ever spent a day without praying to god in the morning. It will magnify your beliefs and you will be supported by power of God.

Action : Pray from the bottom of your heart to god for achieving your goals for today. Moreover, pray for the betterment of the society.
Read : It will give you an immense amount of knowledge which would be so helpful for your life. It provides you direction towards your goal as well as the energy to overcome your failures.

Action : Spend 1 hour reading a book which would be helpful for your goal.
Exercise : You can underestimate the power of it now but it can be very beneficial after 30 years. It reduces your health risks, boosts energy level and mental health.

Action : Spend at least an hour in gym working hard on your body or do exercises at home through Youtube.
