Excluding Adonis!

We’re not saying students deserve refunds because academics aren’t working incredibly hard/haven’t done amazing things to deliver innovative teaching online.

What we are saying is this isn’t the experience they were promised or paid for...
They deserve refunds because they have limited access to the library, campus and essential facilities.

They deserve refunds because they never thought they’d have to sit and study for many months on their bedroom floor with limited data, WiFi and technology.
They deserve refunds because they’ve been told the sports and societies promoted in their open days videos can’t do anything which was promoted.

They deserve refunds because the semester abroad, that was the USP for their course, is no longer available.
They deserve refunds because they can’t do their placement year which was so important for their employability.

They deserve refunds because they were promised F2F teaching in specialised facilities that they now have to somehow do online.
They deserve refunds because they were lied to about what this experience was going to be like less than 5 days before term when it was all but predictable.

This refund issue isn’t about how hard academics have worked, it’s about a clear case of mis-selling.
