1) Lampard needs to settle down on a formation & stick to it. First let the team master a default formation then try other formations. Right now we are all over the place.
2) Alonso can always contribute in attack but hardly in defence if he is allowed to go ahead. He is not the answer Emerson has similar issue & he also is not the answer. It& #39;s time we part ways with both. We have Azpi who can play as a solid backup & we have Maatsen & Castillo.
3) Timo doesn& #39;t play LW he plays as a Inside Left Forward hence with Alonso pushing up & Midfield pivot we are bound to be hit hard on the counter & we are outnumbered The solution is simple play mid 3 if you want to do this & Mount there also Avoid Timo as LW.
4) In playing 4-2-3-1 with Tammy/Giroud up top Timo as LW, Kai as CAM, & Mount as RW we are putting in too many similar players crowding in same areas yesterday Timo & Kai time & again where few metres apart resulting in imbalance in offensive firepower distribution.
Timo & Kai need to be on opposition flank not in the same area. Spread out offensive power don& #39;t accumulate them in a small patch. It makes it easy for opposition to defend as they know where to concentrate.
5) Please don& #39;t play Odoi on RW & Same for Mount as RW. Odoi is a different beast as LW as is Mount as Left Sided No.8. Yesterday was a small sample play both of them together till we have Pulisic is back & see them wreak havoc on opposition.
6) Kante & Kova cannot be a pivot. We need to play Mid 3 if we want then both. Better still we need 2 defensive minded CM/DM especially if so many players are going to join ahead in attack. We need atleast 2 DM/Defensive Minded CM & 1 DM & 2 CB covering our back.
7) Frank& #39;s team mostly make a comeback as a different team after break for some reason if they were poor in first half. Frank needs to address this facet. Why are they more motivated after half time & by whatever he says to them then in half time itself.
8) Frank needs to improve in game management of the squad some of the subs that he made were weird. Bringing on Azpi after half time when he should have done it earlier as well.
