We really do need to #PWRDOWN the hated and bigoted culture that has been cultivated in the gaming scene. creators think they can be toxic so their fans think the same. you can& #39;t just tweet an apology and wash your hands of this. We all need to change our behaviour as a whole. 1/
Creators need to realise they have young impressionable minds in their hands, spewing racist and mysoginistic rhetoric does nothing but make the next generation of gamers worse than us. 2/
Content Creators are in the public eye, that means you need to be better! act like the proffesionals you claim to be. if I acted like this in my job I would be fired and potentially black listed. 3/
We& #39;re in a world where everything you post online is there permanently. these kids that post this hate now WILL have it brought up when they& #39;re looking for employment in the future. no brand/company will take you seriously if all you tweet is "OMG DIE BITCH" 4/
as for the @peachxflame and @radiusfn situation, Radius needs to do better to cultivate his community. he can& #39;t use the line "I can& #39;t control my community" that& #39;s just wrong, go on the offensive, acknowledge properly that you were wrong. say WHY you were wrong

Promote groups and pages that support anti-racist and anti-sexist causes. it& #39;s not that hard. maybe even seek out people that these issues affect and hear how it affects them. show your communities WHY they& #39;re in the wrong. TEACH your younger viewers. hell, I& #39;ll teach you! 6/
@peachxflame Is on the right side of history with this one Twitter. OCE orgs need to see this as a learning opportunity to teach their staff and talent how to act. Remember, just because they use a private Twitter doesn& #39;t mean they aren& #39;t still representing your brand. END!
