Notetaking has often been something players/DMs value, sometimes a requirement for women to even play. Now it& #39;s something we& #39;re bashing them for?

We& #39;re only an asset to tables when we are given permission and it pisses you off that Marisha doesn& #39;t ask. She doesn& #39;t have to.

Most women would hesitate before making themselves center of attention/taking up that much time. Marisha doesn& #39;t hesitate and if that pisses you off, maybe you should wonder why.

She constantly inspires me to be a good notetaker and stay true to myself as a player. Always.

Also don& #39;t even get me started on the hate she receives for being Matthew& #39;s wife. As her DM and husband, he doesn& #39;t "allow" her to "get away" with anything. He delights in her characters. It& #39;s not favoritism or leniency, she& #39;s playing the game like everyone else.

I have a lot more to say about why I think she receives a crazy amount of hate compared to other women on the cast, BUT that is discussion for another time.

I will say... Laura received hate for LoU and I think that event reflects similarly to the fandom& #39;s treatment of Marisha.
