2// an investigation was done by the DA and my daughter was found to be truthful. Evident by testimony of other students, omission of the teacher himself. I taught my children that when their gut says something isn’t right. To tell us. My daughter did.
3// The Principal of the school was amazing. He acted promptly and swiftly to our concerns. My daughter reported before it became a serious criminal act. We chose to forgo a criminal lawsuit for her well-being and allow the title IX board to do their investigation. I had faith
4// they would do what was right. They did not! They have grossly mishandled the investigation and I have repeatedly requested that the teacher be removed from the school until all procedures are handled correctly. My child has been denied that.
5// My children are safe from this man. They will not be in his classes. He has an order to stay away from the Wing of the school that my daughter is in. I could drop the case now and say the hell with the rest of the school, my kids are safe.
6// I can not do that. Why? Because that is exactly what was done in my situation. Everyone swept it under the rug and I became his victim. I will not do that to another child. @OfficialQCHS you need to know that a teacher who has not once but at least twice been cited for
7//inappropriate behavior should not be protected over the children.
8//They say that it is concluded. What they don’t say is that it was not handled properly by Title IX’s own rules and regulations. Thus, it is not concluded. Just because my child is protected from him. There is still a school full of kids that interact with him every day.
