This podcast I listen to is heavy on the self-help tip right..

On one of the episodes they were speaking about the importance of having winners around you and one of the guys (old head cat) said something that really had me thinking

Buddy a die hard Jordan fan.. MJ GOAT this and that but he was admires and respects everything Lebron is doing

So he was like just imagine if LeBron would’ve left Cleveland after his rookie contract (probably would’ve been 06/07ish maybe) and got with the D.Wades of the world or Pat Rileys and other organizations that actually make moves to put you in position to be successful

Hearing that I was like yoooooo Bron went to the Finals in 07 with a bunch of nobodies! Didn’t leave Cleveland til 2010. Just imagine if he would’ve left Cleveland earlier instead of wasting an extra 4 years in Cle

The old head said it himself.. this whole goat convo then wouldn’t even be debatable cause Bron would have possibly 7+ rings

And I can vouch bout niggas in Cleveland not having a winning mindset. When Bron got there his own teammates were saying stuff like “its no way this 18/19 year old kid coming in here and doing this.. doing that”

Lack mindset! Comfortable with losing and where they were at the time!

Which is the reality of us as humans!

Waste our valuable time/years working with folks that don’t even wish success upon themselves.

You’ll never be great or get out of that losing mentality simply cause of that

This thread not even about Bron just a reference

Its about you surrounding yourself with people that are winning! People that want to see you win. People thats gone grind it out hand in hand with you.
