Say what you want about graphic design, but please admit that old French advertisements are the closest we’ve ever come to perfection

This is the only French poster I own.

I fell in love with it during a trip to Northern Spain in 2018. I like how the arched-lines guide your eye towards the swimmer, before the yellow leads you to the ocean at the end of the walkway.
