took a sick day September 15 and just emailed my department that I was calling in sick but didn& #39;t explain why, the next time we had a Teams meeting my boss asked me if I was doing better and I just said "no"

my tweets make me sound like a terrible employee/colleague but I actually get on well enough with my boss and very well with my colleagues, but none of those stories are very entertaining
