Pls pls if u wanna lose weight dont ever force urself to crash diet pls dont ever starve urself, been there done that and i lost a few pounds pero eventually bumabalik din + GERD and fucked up metabolism which made it worse kasi sobrang humina yung panunaw ko
there's nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight but pls do it healthily & dont be too harsh to ur body â˜č do always remind urself that if all of us eat the same amount of food we're still gonna end up with having different bodies
