Pls pls if u wanna lose weight dont ever force urself to crash diet pls dont ever starve urself, been there done that and i lost a few pounds pero eventually bumabalik din + GERD and fucked up metabolism which made it worse kasi sobrang humina yung panunaw ko
there's nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight but pls do it healthily & dont be too harsh to ur body
do always remind urself that if all of us eat the same amount of food we're still gonna end up with having different bodies
