First, get as many POC on the payroll as possible. They'll be eager to keep their jobs and very loyal. And then what will they do? "Community organizing" to keep people in line and agitated. And from there I assume that they'll try to shake down local businesses (continued)
to get them to sponsor "events" and "programs." Local businesses that don't comply will get attacked by Antifa. So contributing will be like a form of a protection racket. This will, of course, cause many businesses owners and professionals to leave town (continued)
Which is fine. It's a good way for the establishment to push any potential rivals out of town. Between boycotts and vandalism, rivals urging sanity will soon learn to shut up. There's a reason these protests have been going on so long. To make a vivid impression. (continued)
From there, just a desperate struggle to hang on by the establishment for the next four years. Doing all they can to keep the feds out and on the defensive. Generating endless media products about how evil Trump is, and hoping for a Kent State Moment. (continued)
Combined with threats on economic infrastructure that effect interests outside of the city. Any attempt by the Feds to counteract will be spun as racist Trump supporters attempting to undo progress.
